Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • A freight company is looking for an energetic, smart and intuitive sales coordinator who has the ability to target clients and convince them to deal with the company. If you re a good salesperson and would like to grow in a company that appreciates its employees then we re the place for you.

Job Description:

  • Generate new sales leads locally and / or internationally
  • Search for and identifying potential clients
  • Identifying clients needs and requirements
  • Follow the sales presentation procedures as explained and demonstrated in the sales training
  • Implementation of the set sales plans by creating schedules for calls and client visits and sending it to direct manager then following them
  • Follow up on cancelled or postponed appointments
  • Telesales tasks
  • Attending exhibitions and fairs to attract new clients
  • Send out materials, brochures, information letters to customers
  • Responding to customers queries in a timely manner and involve the direct manager when needed in order to provide the best answers
  • Follow up on all accounts offers, sales status & after sales services
  • Prepare and send offers in coordination with operations and sales manager
  • Complete closing process and ensure payment collection by following up on clients
  • Follow defined quality and sales procedures while running sales activities
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports as instructed by direct manager
  • Maintaining customers records and updated information according to policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining clients data and not disclose them to any other party

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good computer skills (MS Office) to be able to make reports
  • Proficiency in English
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • BSc/BA in any relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
  • Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations
  • Up-to-date with current events
  • Has a car for males
