Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • -Support the sales team with proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
  • -Coordinate with the Regulatory Affairs team on project timelines and submissions.
  • -Follow up on product registrations and regulatory applications.
  • -Track client onboarding and ensure all required documents are collected.
  • -Coordinate with Accounting on payments, invoices, and regulatory fees.
  • -Act as a main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
  • -Maintain accurate reports and tracking sheets for projects, payments, and submissions.
  • -Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Regulatory Affairs, and accounting teams.

Requirements

  • - Bachelor s degree in business administration or related field.
  • - 2 years of experience in the sales field.
  • - Proficiency in Odoo and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • - Strong coordination and follow up skills
  • - Good communication and client handling skills
