Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Extract tender reviews / ads/ news from newspapers and follow up specialized companies.

2. Prepare tender documents and follow up practice s news.

3. Write, follow and print quotations, till delivered to customer.

4. Send and receive all dep correspondence (Fax - Email) and follow up its implementation.

5. Enter, Complete invoices, samples, and returned products on SAP program with warehouse department.

6. Follow up LG status with the concerned departments.

7. Prepare all supply orders reports and follow-up to current tenders.

8. Organize, attend and schedule dep meetings.

9. Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.

10. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales coordination, sales support, or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
