Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate and support the sales team in daily operational activities to ensure seamless workflow and achievement of sales targets.
Serve as a primary point of contact between sales representatives, clients, and internal departments to facilitate effective communication.
Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and relevant documentation for reporting and analysis.
Assist in organizing and executing sales campaigns, promotional activities, and product launches.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics, generating regular reports for management review.
Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and contracts for prospective clients.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay informed about new products, features, and market trends.
Desired Candidate Profile
2-3 years of proven experience in a sales coordination, sales support, sales analysis or related administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with team members and clients.
Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with sales processes, order management, and inventory control.
Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products and industry developments.
