Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the sales team in managing daily administrative tasks and sales operations.
  • Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and relevant documentation.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
  • Assist in organizing sales meetings, presentations, and promotional events.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to avoid stockouts or delays.
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets by tracking progress and identifying opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all sales activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a sales coordination or sales support role, preferably in the electrical or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, order management, and customer service best practices.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an office-based environment.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus.
