Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and LPOs for fire protection products and services.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely processing of inquiries and orders.
  • Maintain sales records, updates, reports, and all related documentation accurately.
  • Handle customer communication, follow-ups, and provide support to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Enquiry registering and Job bookings.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Good knowledge of fire protection products and basic understanding of NFPA/civil defense requirements.
  • Strong skills in coordinating with suppliers, and supporting sales engineers.
  • Excellent communication skills for client follow-ups and internal coordination.
  • Proficient in MS Office and capable of maintaining accurate sales records and documentation.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively with the sales and operations teams.
