Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with confidence and quick assistance.
- Following up on sales orders to prevent delay.
- Monitoring sales orders on day-to-day basis.
- Building customer relationships.
- Assisting in unloading products and deliveries.
- Addressing issues and concerns, resolving them promptly and professionally.
- Potentially performing open/close procedures.
- Execute proper and prompt deliveries daily.
- Resolving issues concerning deliveries and other related matters.
- Arranging gate pass for delivery.
- Knowledge of export sales documentation and other important documents.
- Coordinate sales team for managing schedules and communicating relevant information.
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
- Monitor the team progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional materials or events.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred to ensure a solid foundation in sales principles.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales support or coordination roles, showcasing a track record of assisting sales teams effectively.
- High level of professionalism and integrity, representing the company positively in all interactions.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service and building long-term relationships.
