Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage sales documents, sales orders, purchase orders, and delivery notes
• Coordinate with sales and office teams to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and client communications
• Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and pending documentation
• Support sales and administrative functions as required

Desired Candidate Profile

• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Experience in trading, contracting, manufacturing, or industrial companies
