Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Compilation and Distribution of daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Coordination of sales meetings and special events.
  • Assist in the development of sales presentations.
  • Handle Sales Representative and Manager Issues from the field.
  • Monitor of contracts for all major customers through the Trading Term Contract Register.
  • Monitor competitor intelligence. (Both activity wise and pricing)
  • Compute UAE local sales incentives
  • Generation of new reporting ideas and mechanisms to streamline the data analysis process

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sales Coordinator.
  • Proven ability to be independent and self-motivated.
  • Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel is necessary.
  • Experience with SAP is highly preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to interface effectively with staff, management and various other internal and external parties.
