Roles & Responsibilities

BrightTech is looking for a proactive and people-driven Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. If you enjoy building strong customer relationships, keeping things organized, and making sure no lead slips through the cracks, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Reach out to leads regarding their inquiries and provide timely responses

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of client requests

  • Follow up with leads to move them through the sales pipeline

  • Provide excellent customer support and resolve queries effectively

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates

Desired Candidate Profile

2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer support, or a related role.

Strong communication skills with fluency in English (spoken & written).

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

A positive, customer-first attitude and problem-solving mindset.

Any relevant qualifications or certifications in sales/customer service are a plus
