Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Purchase Manager, this role plays a key part in ensuring seamless order management, customer satisfaction, and efficient coordination across departments. You will manage the complete Bid-to-Dispatch process, ensuring that our customers consistently receive service that exceeds expectations. Responsibilities include end-to-end sales order process, managing B2B and B2C customer enquiries and requests, implementing a structured approach to capturing, evaluating, and reporting on customer issues and opportunities, managing order status reports, order processing, shipping instructions, and invoicing.

Desired Candidate Profile
Applicants must be graduates / post graduates, with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience, and have thorough knowledge of Case Fill Rate (CFR), On-Time In-Full (OTIF), Stock Management Accuracy, Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and Invoicing. Must be proficient in any ERP, ideally in SAP, be excellent in advanced EXCEL, and have knowledge of Power BI.
