Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and follow up on quotations
  • Issue and track Job Orders with high accuracy
  • Maintain daily sales trackers and CRM
  • Coordinate between Sales, Production, Finance, and Logistics
  • Follow up on samples, artwork, and client approvals
  • Support light marketing tasks (photos, catalog updates)

Field Support:

  • Deliver and receive samples
  • Drive within 10th of Ramadan , Cairo & Giza
  • Light customer communication for follow-up (not a sales role)

Working Hours
8:00 AM 5:00 PM Saturday Thursday

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor s degree in Business, Commerce, Logistics, or Marketing
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
- Valid driving license
- Strong Excel & MS Office skills
- High accuracy in pricing, documentation, and order details
- Fast learner able to work with ERP systems & follow BRCGS/ISO documentation (training
provided)

- Strong organization and follow-up
- Strict confidentiality with pricing and client databr> - Willingness to grow into a Sales role
