Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients.
  • Track sales performance metrics and generate reports for the Sales Manager.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

2. Training Program Coordination

  • Schedule and organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars for clients.
  • Communicate with trainers and participants to confirm attendance, materials, and logistics.
  • Prepare training materials, presentations, and handouts as needed.
  • Manage training calendars and ensure all sessions are properly scheduled and resourced.

3. Client Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to training programs and sales services.
  • Provide clients with information about training schedules, pricing, and registration processes.
  • Follow up with clients post-training to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.

4. Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, training attendance, and client interactions.
  • Process invoices, payments, and refunds related to training programs.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems for sales and training documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.

5. Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the sales and training teams to ensure seamless coordination of activities.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales and training processes.
  • Support onboarding new team members by providing training and guidance on systems and procedures.
