Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Promote and sell gym memberships, class packages, private training sessions, and additional services
Conduct studio tours and clearly present the gym concept, classes, and value proposition
Follow up proactively with leads through calls, messages, and in-person interactions to maximize conversions
Support cross-selling and upselling across all departments including spa, treatments, retail, and complementary services
Assist in executing promotional campaigns, launches, events, and special offers in coordination with marketing and management
Monitor daily and monthly sales performance and contribute actively toward achieving targets
Analyze conversion rates, client feedback, and sales performance reports
Coordinate closely with the Gym Manager and concerned departments to optimize sales approaches and offers
Ensure excellent customer service, professionalism, and strong brand representation
Maintain accurate records through CRM and booking systems
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or fitness/wellness industry is preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up abilities
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Good knowledge of CRM systems and reporting tools is a plus
