Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between the sales team, customers, and internal departments
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and orders
- Track order processing and delivery schedules
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination or sales support
- Proficiency in MS-Office (especially Excel)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in construction materials or manufacturing industry is a plus
