Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist the Sales Manager in preparing quotations and commercial proposals Request, collect and compare price quotations from suppliers and subcontractors Prepare BOQs, price comparisons, delivery notes, and related documents Coordinate with technical, procurement, finance and project teams to gather information required for proposals Follow up with clients regarding proposals, clarifications, and approvals Maintain well-organized files and commercial documentation Prepare weekly reports on proposals, submissions, and follow-ups
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years experience in sales coordination / commercial proposals / tendering Experience in contracting or ICT/ELV companies is highly preferred Strong skills in Microsoft Excel & Word and handling PDF documents Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure Immediate joining is preferred
