Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle order processing and sales coordination activities
- Coordinate shipments and delivery schedules with logistics teams
- Prepare and manage sales documentation and records
- Support the sales team with daily operational tasks
- Ensure accurate data entry and reporting
- Follow up on customer orders and internal approvals
- Maintain smooth communication between departments
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Good command of English (written & spoken)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
