Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the sales team and preparing the necessary sales documents.
  • Work out pricing with the sales team and submit quotation on time to the customers and is responsible for preparing the quotations
  • Arrange necessary documents to submitted along with the quotations
  • Able to negotiate with the clients satisfactorily & reply to the queries
  • Efficiently respond to online telephone calls and report to the branch managers.
  • Responsible to follow up payments with the customers in coordination with the sales team.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and the warehouse for on time delivery to the customer.
  • Ability to manage the paperwork effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Skilled in Microsoft office and company software and ability to reply by e-mails to the routine customer enquiries
  • Carry out other assignments as directed by the branch manager
  • Perform any other related function as directed.

Minimum Qualifications

Education Level: BS Degree.

Skills

Good communication skills

Experience of dealing with customers enquiries

Language & communication skills

ENGLISH – Intermediate level required in speaking, reading and writing.
