Key Responsibilities:
Support the sales team by preparing quotations, proposals, and processing orders.
Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer databases.
Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to streamline processes.
Handle procurement activities, including supplier coordination, purchase orders, and stock management.
Requirements:
2 3 years of experience in stationery or office supplies sales.
Proven experience in sales coordination and customer handling.
Strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
Prior experience in the UAE market preferred.
A UAE driving license is an advantage.
