Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Receive and process customer inquiries related to powder coating services
Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations, proposals, and costings
Coordinate with production and technical teams regarding coating specifications, colors, thickness, and timelines
Process sales orders, job cards, delivery notes, and work instructions
Prepare sales invoices, proforma invoices, and related billing documents
Coordinate with accounts for invoice submission, approvals, and payment follow-ups
Monitor order status and ensure timely production, invoicing, and dispatch
Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders, invoices, and customer communications
Liaise with customers on order progress, invoicing details, and delivery schedules
Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets
Handle customer complaints related to service, delivery, or invoicing and coordinate resolutions
Prepare sales, invoicing, and collection reports as required
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in powder coating, metal finishing, or manufacturing
Basic understanding of powder coating processes, materials, and quality standards
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
