Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Complete the daily sales order confirmations for the sales team through CRM system.
- Follow up with delivery team to ensure timely deliveries as per customers expectations
- keep track of projects awarded, and maintain good track of deadlines and ensure delivery on time.
- the ability to prioritise tasks and execute them accordingly.
- document every case that works on at CRM system (shipments and invoices).
- Keep the projects on system up to date.
- ensure smooth workflow, less mistake on deliveries and invoicing.
- ensure solving all sales operations arising problems in a creative way without the need to return to direct manager.
- keep good track of all orders for the assigned Projects, advise sales team of such.
- Bachelor (BSc.) in Business Admin
- Fresh graduate or with 1-2 years of experience.
Skills:
- Excellent Computer skills.
- Excellent command in Arabic & English writing & speaking.
- V. Good communications skills
