Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Sales Coordinator & Stock Controller is responsible for ensuring accurate stock control and for maintaining effective coordination between the Sales and Accounting departments. The role contributes to operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and smooth internal communication.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor, control, and reconcile stock levels
- Ensure accuracy of inventory records and related documentation
- Coordinate sales transactions with the Accounting Department
- Support sales operations through timely and accurate reporting
- Assist in resolving discrepancies related to stock, invoicing, or deliveries
Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Qualifications Technical Studies (TS) diploma or Bachelor s degree Background in Accounting or a related field is preferred
