You will be responsible for managing various aspects, from inventory management and customer service to paperwork processing and coordination with financial departments. A strong communicator, you will also handle all inbound and outbound inquiries related to used cars, ensuring a positive customer journey from initial contact to post-purchase.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Manage inventory lists and update the dealership s database regularly.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries about used cars.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in an automotive or sales coordinator role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for customer interaction.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; detail-oriented work approach.
• Proficient with dealership management systems and CRM software platforms.
