Roles & Responsibilities

Act as the link between our sales team and customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and care.

Process orders, track shipments, and follow up to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.

Support the sales team with administrative tasks, quotes, and reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

A customer-first attitude and attention to detail.

Experience in customer service or sales coordination (preferred but not required).
