Roles & Responsibilities

Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and social media with professionalism and warmth.

Clearly explain the academy's programs, benefits, and fees to potential customers.

Follow up with leads and guide parents through the enrollment and registration process.

Provide outstanding after-sales support and address any parent concerns promptly.

Maintain accurate customer records in the system.

Achieve individual and team enrollment targets.

Must-Have: Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).

Must-Have: A confident, clear, and persuasive phone manner.
