Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Email.
  • Provide product details, quotations, and pricing to potential and existing customers.
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and order confirmations to ensure smooth sales flow.
  • Attend walk-in customers at the office and assist them with product selection and purchases.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order processing and dispatch.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales leads, and follow-ups.
  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and social media engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience in sales or customer service (preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or retail sector).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Proficient in using social media platforms, WhatsApp Business, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Energetic, well-organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A customer-first attitude with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
