Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and automate sales reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards to track performance across channels, regions, products, and customer segments.
- Analyze sales trends, pipeline health, win/loss drivers, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth, retention, and process improvement.
- Produce regular and ad hoc forecasts, quota assessments, and variance analyses to support monthly and quarterly planning cycles.
- Work closely with sales operations and CRM administrators to ensure data integrity, optimize CRM processes, and support territory and quota modeling.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, concise presentations and recommendations for sales leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Design and execute A/B tests and campaign analyses in collaboration with marketing to measure effectiveness and inform go-to-market decisions.
- Support pricing, promotion, and product launch analyses by providing scenario modeling and post-launch performance reviews.
- Document analytical methods, data definitions, and reporting requirements to promote consistency and reproducibility across the organization.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data tooling, processes, and analytics maturity.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role supporting commercial teams.
- Proven experience working with sales/CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and relational databases.
- Legal authorization to work in the hiring country.
- Strong proficiency with SQL for data extraction and manipulation; experience with ETL concepts and data pipelines.
- Hands-on experience building dashboards and visualizations with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and data modeling.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with statistical or scripting languages (Python, R) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with a customer-focused approach to supporting sales and commercial stakeholders.
