Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
About the Role
- Meet with clients to understand the intended use, functions, and design preferences of their kitchen space.
- Create detailed kitchen blueprints, designs, and layout proposals.
- Present design concepts and solutions that align with the client s style, budget, and functional needs.
- Recommend suitable materials, finishes, appliances, and accessories.
- Ensure all designs adhere to relevant building and safety codes throughout each project phase.
- Maintain strong product knowledge of AlKhaleejion s materials and offerings.
- Utilize 2020 Design software (or equivalent) to produce accurate plans and renderings.
- Manage the full sales cycle from showroom consultation to closing the sale.
- Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to maximize satisfaction and referrals.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, or Engineering (mandatory)
- Proven kitchen design and sales experience (2+ years preferred; sales engineering experience prioritized; design training provided)
- Strong proficiency with 2020 Design or equivalent interior design software
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills; creative mindset; strong attention to detail and layout planning
- Understanding of building, safety, and design regulations
- Ability to work across multiple showroom locations and manage client schedules
