Roles & Responsibilities

What You ll Be Doing:

  • Proactively engage potential customers via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and campaign follow-ups
  • Partner with Marketing and Account Executives to generate and qualify pipeline
  • Understand business challenges and effectively communicate how BPM software adds value
  • Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM and support accurate forecasting
  • Stay informed on industry trends and product developments to have informed conversations
  • Manage and actively participate in product-specific events and forums, collaborating with the marketing team to deliver successful events and drive lead generation

What We re Looking For:

  • 2 4 years of experience in an Inside Sales, SDR, or BDR role (preferably in SaaS or enterprise tech)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills articulate and persuasive
  • A proactive mindset comfortable with outbound outreach and target-driven
  • Coachable, eager to learn, and keen to grow within a scaling business
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and prospecting tools (e.g., SalesLoft, ZoomInfo)

Desired Candidate Profile
