Key Responsibilities

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistently meeting outbound activity goals using AI-powered tools.

  • Demonstrates understanding of realistic outbound performance metrics (e.g., 3 10% reply rates depending on industry/offer) and uses this knowledge to keep the pipeline healthy

  • High-quality leads qualified and handed off to closers with strong conversion potential.

  • Positive feedback from the sales team on the quality of outreach and pipeline health.

  • Rapid growth in cybersecurity knowledge and sales development skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous sales experience in Cybersecurity/Saas/ IT .

Hands-on technology background or strong technical aptitude.

Proven ability to work independently as a contractor. Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup.

Availability to work during US business hours (flexible scheduling).

Strong ambition and hunger to grow into a cybersecurity sales expert. Attributes: Ambitious and motivated, with a hunger to outwork peers.

Tech-savvy with a genuine interest in cybersecurity.
