Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and identify potential customers in the medical technology industry
- Reach out to potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and other forms of communication
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and pain points
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement targeted campaigns
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads and sales activities
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to the sales team
- Continuously learn about the company's products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate with potential customers
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical technology industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
- Fluent in English and Arabic
