Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and identify potential customers in the medical technology industry
  • Reach out to potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and other forms of communication
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and pain points
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement targeted campaigns
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads and sales activities
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to the sales team
  • Continuously learn about the company's products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate with potential customers
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical technology industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
