Position: Sales Development Representative (Arabic Speaker GCC Market)
Location: Zahraa Al Maadi, Cairo, Egypt
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (GCC Time)
About the Role
inSylos is seeking a Sales Development Representative (Arabic Speaker) to join our Cairo-based team working on a U.S.-based real estate investment account.
You ll connect with Arabic-speaking investors across Gulf markets, qualify interest, and book meetings for the Business Development team managing investor relations for this account.
The ideal candidate combines cultural fluency, clear communication, and professionalism when engaging investors from the GCC region.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage outreach to potential investors in Arabic and English.
- Build rapport and qualify interest based on investor profile and objectives.
- Present the opportunity professionally and persuasively.
- Schedule and confirm meetings for the Business Development team.
- Maintain accurate CRM entries and daily activity logs.
- Coordinate feedback with account and QA leads to improve performance.
- Adhere to compliance and call-quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Native or fluent Arabic speaker with strong English communication.
- 1 2 years in telesales, inside sales, or SaaS sales (investment, real estate, or financial experience preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and confident phone presence.
- Understanding of GCC investor communication styles.
- Proficient with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital outreach tools.
- Ambitious, disciplined, and performance-oriented.
- Based in Cairo and available for full-time office work.
