Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct research to identify Ideal Customer Profiles and target accounts

Develop and send personalized LinkedIn and email messages to engage prospects

Perform outbound cold calls to initiate conversations and qualify leads

Hold discovery calls to assess potential fit and business needs

Schedule and book qualified meetings with sales team or handle directly

Maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM system (activity, notes, opportunity status)

Collaborate with sales and leadership team to support deals in proposal and closing stages

Assist in planning and optimizing outreach campaign strategies

Support the Head of Strategic Projects in various activities related to the department vision.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in business administration or equivalent

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

Strong ability to write clear, persuasive, and tailored messages

Confident and articulate on the phone and video calls

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and detail-focused

Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through consistently

Preferably, prior experience in sales, customer service, lead generation, or outbound outreach

Familiarity with CRM tools, cold email software, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
