About the Role:
Are you a confident communicator with a passion for technology and people? We are seeking a female Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team and take the lead in generating new business opportunities through outbound cold calls.
As an SDR, you ll be the first point of contact with prospective clients, introducing them to our IT consulting and professional services offerings and qualifying leads for our senior sales team. This role is essential to expanding our reach and impact in the tech sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Make proactive cold calls to prospects across various industries to generate interest in our IT solutions and services
Communicate the value of our offerings, including Microsoft, SAP, UiPath, and custom solutions
Qualify potential leads through effective questioning and needs analysis
Schedule appointments and hand off qualified leads to account executives or business consultants.
Maintain up-to-date lead records in CRM
Meet weekly/monthly targets for outreach, engagement, and lead conversion
Stay informed about our solutions and industry trends to speak confidently with clients
Collaborate with the team to improve messaging
Qualifications & Skills:
Female candidate, passionate about IT, communication, and business development
Strong phone presence, resilience, and excellent verbal communication
Tech-savvy and quick to learn about digital solutions and platforms
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
Experience in a similar sales or customer-facing role is a plus
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes preferred
A bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is an advantage
