Roles & Responsibilities
Role Type: Full-time
Engagement: Independent Contractor
Key Responsibilities
- Make 100+ outbound calls daily to B2B prospects in tech, SaaS, and service-based sectors
- Generate qualified leads through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Customize messaging based on research and target buyer personas
- Set up discovery calls for Account Executives with qualified leads
- Record and track all outreach in CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach and improve performance
- Continuously test scripts, subject lines, and cadences to improve conversion
- 1+ year of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or cold calling (preferred, not mandatory for junior roles).
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience with CRM tools and outreach platforms is a plus.
- Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn and grow in a sales career.

Desired Candidate Profile
1+ year of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or cold calling (preferred, not mandatory for junior roles).
