Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

You will be working directly with one of the Business Partners in building and maintaining strategic relationships with new and existing clients and grow company s revenue for BIM (Building Information Modeling) services, CAD Drafting Outsourcing services and Structural Engineering services.

General Responsibilities:

  • Build list and keep track of relative contacts in the design and construction industry.
  • Identify and maintain the list of current and upcoming construction projects.
  • Establish relationships with key project stakeholders.
  • Promote company s expertise to maintain new and existing clients.
  • Participate in quotation and negotiation phases of new projects.
  • Monitor the project delivery phase to identify new business opportunities (contract extension, new mandates, consulting services, etc).
  • Track sales pipeline and revenue forecasts.
  • Expand market intelligence of the construction market to drive the business forward.
  • Manage tender portals and prepare bids.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications Desired:

  • Must have knowledge of sales process with the ability to understand and interpret customer needs using fact-finding to identify sales opportunities.
  • A high level of passion to succeed and a strong level of self-motivation.
  • Good communication skills.
