Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You will be working directly with one of the Business Partners in building and maintaining strategic relationships with new and existing clients and grow company s revenue for BIM (Building Information Modeling) services, CAD Drafting Outsourcing services and Structural Engineering services.
General Responsibilities:
- Build list and keep track of relative contacts in the design and construction industry.
- Identify and maintain the list of current and upcoming construction projects.
- Establish relationships with key project stakeholders.
- Promote company s expertise to maintain new and existing clients.
- Participate in quotation and negotiation phases of new projects.
- Monitor the project delivery phase to identify new business opportunities (contract extension, new mandates, consulting services, etc).
- Track sales pipeline and revenue forecasts.
- Expand market intelligence of the construction market to drive the business forward.
- Manage tender portals and prepare bids.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications Desired:
- Must have knowledge of sales process with the ability to understand and interpret customer needs using fact-finding to identify sales opportunities.
- A high level of passion to succeed and a strong level of self-motivation.
- Good communication skills.
