Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Team Lead role is ideal for a mature sales professional with strong communication, presentation, and time management skills. Responsible for building relationships with real estate companies and driving growth, this largely autonomous position offers a clear path to leadership by achieving SDR targets and team development milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coaching and developing the team by conducting observation calls each month with Sales Managers/Team Leads
- Co-Lead monthly team meetings with the Manager
- Provide weekly reporting updates for the team to ensure goals will be exceeded
- Conduct 1:1 meetings with every team member each month, for discussing and coaching to elevate performance
- Partner on key strategies that drive the growth of the team
- Serve as the initial point of contact for potential future customers
- Identifies opportunities for new client acquisition
- Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure all clients' requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.
Desired Candidate Profile
Desired Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of Enterprise sales experience in a SaaS/Subscription environment, in a team lead capacity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate product ideas to clients.
- A good understanding of the real estate industry.
- Strong customer service mindset that requires patience while dealing with different types of customers.
- Exceptional analytical skills for analyzing client data and suggesting solutions to maximize ROI.
- Time management and strong organizational skills
- Problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints.
Other Capabilities
- Focused, reliable and responsible self-starter that can self-manage with strong critical-thinking skills.br>Experience in real estate, media, tech, software, advertising and/or marketplace-based businesses preferred.
