Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor the Sales Development Representatives, providing coaching and support to enhance their performance.

  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor team metrics and performance, providing feedback and training as necessary.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align messaging and campaigns with sales goals.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to share updates on objectives, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Actively participate in recruiting and onboarding new team members.
  • Provide reports and insights to senior management on team performance and lead generation efforts.
  • Establish a positive and motivating team environment that fosters growth and success.
  • Take part in strategic planning and decision-making to improve overall sales processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in sales development or inside sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Ability to analyze metrics and use data to inform decision-making.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in the software or technology industry is a plus.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
