Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Define and manage the company's commercial strategy in line with development objectives.
- To manage, supervise and motivate the sales team in achieving sales and profitability targets.
- Ensure the achievement of objectives by analyzing performance and ensuring that established procedures are applied by sales representatives.
- Represent the company at key events (trade shows, conferences, fairs, etc.).
- To monitor competition and analyze market trends in order to adapt offers and commercial actions.
- to establish periodic reports and propose action plans to improve commercial performance.
- Higher education (Bac+5) in management, commerce or marketing.
- Proven experience (minimum 6 years) in sales and/or marketing roles, ideally in real estate.
- Excellent managerial skills, sense of leadership.
- Strong customer culture and results orientation.
- Strong interpersonal skills, political acumen, and the ability to represent the company externally.
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions.
- Strategic vision and creativity.
