Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the company's commercial strategy in line with development objectives.
  • To manage, supervise and motivate the sales team in achieving sales and profitability targets.
  • Ensure the achievement of objectives by analyzing performance and ensuring that established procedures are applied by sales representatives.
  • Represent the company at key events (trade shows, conferences, fairs, etc.).
  • To monitor competition and analyze market trends in order to adapt offers and commercial actions.
  • to establish periodic reports and propose action plans to improve commercial performance.

  • Higher education (Bac+5) in management, commerce or marketing.
  • Proven experience (minimum 6 years) in sales and/or marketing roles, ideally in real estate.
  • Excellent managerial skills, sense of leadership.
  • Strong customer culture and results orientation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, political acumen, and the ability to represent the company externally.
  • Ability to analyze data and make decisions.
  • Strategic vision and creativity.
