Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Build the business plan (segments, offers, prices, channels, priorities) and deploy it with an action plan.
- Managing portfolio development: structured prospecting, key accounts, tenders, partnerships and distribution.
- Establish/strengthen the sales process: qualification, visits, pricing, presentation, negotiation, closing, handover to execution.
- Establish a management culture: mandatory CRM, weekly reviews, monthly forecast, account plans, margin/discount tracking.
- Managing the team: objectives, field coaching, skills development, sales discipline (follow-ups, reports, prioritization).
- Standardize offers: quote templates, sales arguments, discount rules, commercial clauses, margin grid, payment terms.
- Ensure interdepartmental alignment (Technical/Logistics/Marketing) to reduce delays, avoid errors and secure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting back to the Management team with key recommendations: investments, recruitment, product range, opportunities and risks.
- Bac+5 degree (business/engineering) or equivalent with strong field experience.
- 5-10+ years in B2B industrial sales (equipment + services), including team management.
- Experience with long cycles, site visits, cost estimation, tendering, multi-stakeholder negotiation.
- My CRM mastery and KPI-driven management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bac+5 degree (business/engineering) or equivalent with strong field experience.
