Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Missions
Develop and implement B2B business strategies.
Coordination of B2B sales teams to maximize sales and achieve objectives related to revenue, market share and customer loyalty.
Design and implement a strategic business plan with monthly, quarterly or annual objectives.
Develop short and medium term strategies to meet the needs of current and potential customers.
Coordinate commercial activity with the relevant departments.
Analyze the market to identify business opportunities.
Oversee the sales process from end to end.
Manage responses to calls for tender.
B2B performance tracking and goal achievement.
Management and development of sales teams.
Initiate personalized sales strategies in collaboration with marketing.
Participate in negotiations on certain strategic accounts.
Promote the company's image and contribute to other necessary functions.
Profile
 National travel.
 BAC+5/Master/Engineering degree in Business, Marketing or Telecommunications.
 5 or more years of experience in sales and distribution.
 Target market expertise.
 In-depth knowledge of company functions.
 Excellent negotiation and sales techniques skills.
 Mastery of sales cycles and ability to build complex offers.
 Functional management of sales teams and work in project mode.
 Knowledge of the business market, preferably in Information Technology Services.
 Leadership, team management, sales training and technical marketing.
 Analytical skills, decision-making, organization, diplomacy and excellent interpersonal skills.
 Fluency in Arabic, French and English (spoken, read, written).
