Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Define and deploy the overall business strategy
  • Set sales targets by region, channel and team
  • Supervise the sales teams (Managers, Supervisors, Salespeople)
  • Develop the customer portfolio (supermarkets, wholesalers, distributors, hotels, restaurants, and cafes)
  • Monitor sales performance and KPIs (revenue, margin, coverage, distribution)
  • Manage sales forecasts in coordination with the Supply Chain (Demand Planning)
  • Negotiating with strategic clients and key partners
  • Implement action plans to develop sales
  • Analyze the market, the competition, and identify growth opportunities
  • Ensure proper field execution and commercial policy

  • Master's degree (Bac +5) in Business, Marketing, Management or equivalent
  • 8 to 15 years of experience in sales roles, including management
  • Extensive experience in managing multi-regional sales teams
  • Good knowledge of the market (distribution, mass retail, traditional network)
  • Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in sales reporting and CRM tools
