Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Define and deploy the overall business strategy
- Set sales targets by region, channel and team
- Supervise the sales teams (Managers, Supervisors, Salespeople)
- Develop the customer portfolio (supermarkets, wholesalers, distributors, hotels, restaurants, and cafes)
- Monitor sales performance and KPIs (revenue, margin, coverage, distribution)
- Manage sales forecasts in coordination with the Supply Chain (Demand Planning)
- Negotiating with strategic clients and key partners
- Implement action plans to develop sales
- Analyze the market, the competition, and identify growth opportunities
- Ensure proper field execution and commercial policy
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in Business, Marketing, Management or equivalent
- 8 to 15 years of experience in sales roles, including management
- Extensive experience in managing multi-regional sales teams
- Good knowledge of the market (distribution, mass retail, traditional network)
- Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
- Proficiency in sales reporting and CRM tools
