Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Set sales goals, forecasts, strategies and action plans
Lead, mentor, and evaluate the sales team
Monitor engineers performance based on set KPIs, analyze market trends, and identify new opportunities
Manage supplier relations, negotiations, and sales meetings
Represent the company at events and exhibitions
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field (MBA is a plus)
5+ years of experience in sales/engineering position
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
Able to thrive in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments with strong phone handling and active listening skills, exceptional communication abilities, and solid leadership capabilities.
Good knowledge of Computer, MS Office
Fluent in Arabic and English (French is a plus)
