Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational revenue targets.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance goals and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company s customer base in target markets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales tactics and product positioning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Oversee the negotiation and closure of high-value contracts and agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and implementing best practices in sales operations.

Minimum of 20 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within a related industry.

  • Experience with FMCG Industry .
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop others.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, market trends, and customer insights to drive informed decisions.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness to work onsite and travel as required for client meetings and business development.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
