Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a sales team of Sales Executives and Sales Managers
- Define and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and KPIs
- Monitor team performance, ensuring consistent delivery against business objectives
- Identify new business opportunities across multiple industry sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales initiatives with overall company goals
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market
- Drive a high-performance culture within the sales organisation
Desired Candidate Profile
2 3 years of construction or building materials market experience within the UAE
- Proven track record in sales leadership or a strong profile ready to step up into a Director-level role
- Experience managing large sales teams and delivering against targets and KPIs
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the UAE market
- Ability to work across multiple industries and adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly driven, ambitious, and results-oriented
