Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Lead and manage the sales team, setting clear targets and KPIs.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with key clients.
Analyze market trends and competitors to adjust strategies accordingly.
Prepare periodic sales reports and performance analysis for management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support product positioning and promotions.
Establish and maintain pricing strategies and sales policies.
Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 12 years of experience in sales, with at least 7 in a leadership role.
Strong background in B2B and project-based sales.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Fluency in English is a plus.
