Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Commercial Officer to lead our sales organization. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing comprehensive sales strategies, and building a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with decisive action, fostering a customer-centric culture that delivers exceptional results and sustainable business growth.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve and exceed the organization's revenue and market share targets
Lead, mentor and manage a team of sales professionals, providing them with support, performance feedback and career development opportunities.
Analyze market trends, the competitive landscape, and customer information to identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Oversee business operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM system optimization.
Monitor and analyze business performance indicators, prepare regular reports and presentations for management.
Collaborating with cross-functional departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align business initiatives with organizational goals.
Implement processes, policies and best business practices to improve team effectiveness and efficiency.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients in order to close profitable business deals.
Identify training needs and conduct professional development programs to improve team skills and business capabilities.
Qualifications
Master's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field
At least 5 years of progressive experience in sales management, including at least 3 years in a director or equivalent position
Proven experience in managing sales teams and consistently exceeding revenue targets
Solid expertise in developing business strategies, market analysis, and business development
Proven mastery of CRM systems and sales management tools
Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
Experience in profit and loss management and a strong financial sense
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholder networks
Desired Candidate Profile
