Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective e-commerce sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
  • Manage and optimize online sales channels, including company website, third-party marketplaces, and social media platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless and engaging customer journey.
  • Identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the digital marketplace to drive competitive advantage.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of compelling product listings, ensuring accuracy and optimization for search visibility.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues to maximize satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers to boost online sales and brand awareness.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce technologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, data privacy regulations, and company policies across all online sales activities.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • 3 to 6 years of proven experience in e-commerce sales or digital sales management.
  • Strong understanding of online sales platforms, digital marketing, and e-commerce technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting sales data and market trends.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics).
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
