Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Sales Enablement Manager strengthens the Brand Ads commercial engine by improving sales readiness, inventory planning, pitch effectiveness, pricing clarity, insights, and cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities:
Build sales collateral: vertical playbooks, pitch decks, benchmarks, case studies.
Own pricing updates and packaging across Journey Ads, Splash, Homepage, Bikes, Boxes, DOOH.
Conduct training on products, pitch frameworks, objections, and industry best practices.
Improve CRM governance, forecasting accuracy, pipeline discipline, and reporting.
Create dashboards with BI for pipeline, pacing, agency performance, and vertical insights.
Extract insights from campaigns for future pitches and renewal narratives.
Publish competitive reviews and market intelligence packs.
Partner with Product, Creative, Ops, Finance, and Leadership for sales readiness.
Lead seasonal GTMs (Ramadan, QSR peaks, Real Estate seasons).

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:
4 7 years in sales enablement, digital advertising, retail media, or revenue operations.
Strong understanding of digital ad formats, sales cycles, and agency ecosystem.
Skilled in building processes, playbooks, pricing frameworks, and training modules.
Excellent storytelling, deck creation, and stakeholder management.
