Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of clients, showcasing the value proposition effectively.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, ensuring alignment with regional market dynamics.
Provide expert technical guidance to potential clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns with precision and cultural sensitivity.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the Saudi Arabian market.
Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify client requirements and propose customized solutions that align with their business objectives.
Create and deliver compelling proposals and technical documentation in Arabic and English, highlighting the benefits of our solutions.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to the Saudi Arabian market.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and build brand awareness within the region.
Provide post-sales technical support and training to ensure client satisfaction and successful product implementation.
Translate complex technical information into easily understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
Desired Candidate Profile
Native Arabic speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Demonstrates 5+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer or Technical Sales role, preferably within the Construction, Civil or Architectural industry.
Deep understanding of the Arab business culture and market dynamics is essential.
Proven ability to effectively present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in relevant technologies and software.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Ability to travel frequently within the Saudi Arabian region.
